Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please follow these guidelines:
Contact us immediately. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Provide the Order Number and relevant details via:

Once the cancellation request is confirmed, your payment will be refunded within 5-7 business days, subject to bank processing times.
Damaged Product
Should you receive a damaged product, kindly follow these steps for a refund or replacement:

Clear image of the damaged product
Image of the outer package
(For orders with multiple items, only the affected item qualifies for a refund/replacement.)
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll confirm its status within 24 to 48 hours.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Missing Products/Wrong Products
In the event of missing or incorrect products, follow these steps:

Image of the outer package
Image of the opened box containing the received products
Unboxing video or opening video of the package
We’ll promptly resend any missing item. If an incorrect item was delivered, we’ll arrange a pickup from your address and ensure the correct product reaches you within 3-5 days after the return pickup is completed.
Your concern will be addressed within 24 to 48 hours.
Note: Should you mistakenly order the wrong product and wish to exchange it, additional pickup and delivery charges will apply.
Quality Issues
Should you encounter quality concerns like improperly sealed or expired products, please follow these steps:

Upon receiving your request, we’ll confirm its status within 24 to 48 hours.
To qualify for an exchange or return, the item must meet the following criteria:
It must be in the same condition as when received.
It must be unused.
It must be in its original packaging.
